To provide fair and equal chance to all members of the Pipefy Community, we have created a document with rules & regulations for Pipefy Online Contests.The rules can be updated as necessary.
By particiipating in the Online Contests, you accept our community's general terms and conditions.
These general contest rules and regulations are applicable to contests brought to you by Pipefy Community - for community members only.
01. CONTEST PERIOD: Pipefy Community runs many contests throughout the year on the Online Community. The contest period, duration and timing will be defined by the Community Moderators and Pipefy employees Felipe Scholz and Juliana Spinardi on the website https://community.pipefy.com/.
02. ELIGIBILITY: Contests are open to all community members who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the first day of the contest period. The contest is not open to individuals associated with the contest, including the employees, agents or representatives of Pipefy. Although the Pipefy employees are allowed to participate in the contest however they are not eligible to win the contest.
03. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To enter for a chance to win a contest, follow the instructions given by the Community Moderators (Felipe Scholz and Juliana Spinardi) to find out how to participate and win a prize. All the instructions will be posted on the website. Additional information about the contest can be sent by email. If a potential or declared winner is not in compliance with the contest rules, the contest judges reserve the right to disqualify such entrant from the contest and select an alternative winner.
04. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: No purchase is required to enter a Pipefy Community Contest.
05. PRIZES: The prize is individual as well as the participation in the contest. If a specific contest is open for teams (more than one person) to participate, the prize will be given to all team members.There are no prize substitutions. Prizes cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash. Some prizes might have restrictions or expiry dates. All decisions made by Pipefy are final.
06. PUBLICITY: By entering a contest, you consent to Pipefy Community use of your name, city of residence, photograph, voice, video, statement and image for any publicity purposes.
07. DECISIONS ARE FINAL: In the event of a conflict between the rules and any instructions or interpretation of these rules regarding a contest, these rules shall prevail.
08. CHEATING WILL AMOUNT TO AN AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION: Any attempt to tamper with the entry process, interfere with these contest rules, deliberately damage any website or undermine the administration, security or legitimate operation of the contest, Pipefy Community reserves the right to banned and disqualifying the member from the Community.
09. CONTEST PERIOD: Pipefy Community reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to amend, cancel, close, suspend or reinstate a contest at any time and for any reason whatsoever. Pipefy Community reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or substitute any component of a prize for its cash value or a prize of approximately the same retail value. Prizes are non-transferable, must be accepted as awarded by Pipefy Community and cannot be exchanged by a declared winner for cash or other substitutes.
10. PERSONAL INFORMATION: Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Pipefy Community only for the purpose of administering the contest. By entering a contest, entrant consents to the manner of collection, use and the disclosure of personal information.
If a member of the Pipefy Community is not compliant with the Moderation Rules and Guidelines (https://community.pipefy.com/news-and-announcements-49/moderation-rules-and-guidelines-225) will be banned from the Community.
