Unfortunately this Solution is not working to us.  

Request Tracker:

  1. Don’t permit use connected fields (like email already registered)
  2. Don’t permit customize the texts and fields for differents users
  3. Don’t permit  configure which fields that you want to provide more details about cards.

Is there timeframe to improve this feature?

Request tracker has been a game changer for us in reducing client communication. We sent out a note to all of our clients to let them know what each status means so that they can always follow up without actually having to reach us.
