Hello Doers! We have some exciting news to share with you! Later this year we’ll officially launch a new way to integrate Pipefy with other tools. This will empower our users to ensure the transmission of information between different parties is automatic and error-proof and be confident that the entire operation is visible and controlled in a single place. I’m talking about things like: Updating employee personal information, posting job openings to job boards and collecting signatures Optimizing reconciliation, synchronizing purchase information, controlling cash flow and updating balance sheets Managing NPS, churn requests, updating directories, customer documents and support tickets’ statuses Sending automatic SMS texts to requesters and stakeholders The sky is the limit. And the great news is: new customers will only get access to Custom Integrations depending on their contract. Starting in September 21st, you will be able to: Customize the entire email, from the subject to the signature, with dynamic fields that pull information from your cards (like card ID, URL, title, email, username) Use the automation triggers you already know and love - like card created, card moved, updated field, recurring activity - to send automatic emails based on templates Create and edit email templates both in the email builder or directly in the automation page Send email templates manually form your cards and make whatever changes you want For more information, please check out this full article describing what chances for you. Hello, Pipefy Community, We have great news: now, you can integrate Pipefy with your reports tool, such as PowerBI or DataStudio, through API! Here’s how: With Reports, you can filter data from your processes in real time, organize them into columns and export them as a spreadsheet to analyze the information you want. If your team needs to export reports frequently and within a certain period of time, you can automate that process! Configure an API Scheduler routine to automate report extraction using a mutation. The report will be exported in the time period you set in your scheduler. To extract the report, two calls are needed, the first is a mutation that will obtain an ID in the response to be used in the extraction, and the second is a query, which will use the response obtained in the first to obtain the download URL of the report. The initial call, as follows, must inform the ID of the Pipe where the report is saved and the ID of the report already formatted with all the columns

Hey folks!I am pleased to announce that we have just released the new Dynamic Content field type, improving collaboration between your team and external guests by providing context and informing submitters of what’s expected to be filled in the form.How does it work?We improved the existing Statement field, and users can now mix both rich text and dynamic fields from other phases in their pipe, writing custom messages and instructions pulling information dynamically from the card’s start form fields and previous phases. For example: If an external guest receives a form that contains an approval request, this fields can be used to describe what they are supposed to approve, who is requesting that approval, how much it will cost, and so on.This information is usually shared in the body of the email template and is now much better placed to ensure the quality of the received data.Check out the articles below to learn more about the new Dynamic content field type:EN How to use dynamic cont

Mark thread as read/unreadNow in the open card email inbox, you mark the threads as read or unread, flagging it and letting other team members know when you saw an email thread or not, thus improving the collaborative work related to emails. 2. Removed email wrapperNow all the emails sent manually have their default content wrappers removed to ensure users get the final expected result of the emails they send using Pipefy. Now the wrapper does not change the content width anymore and also the wrapper styling settings won't affect the content anymore. 3. Attachments upload progress barNow when you are uploading attachments to an email, there’s an attachment upload progress bar that indicates to users that the upload is happening and gives an idea about how long it will take. 4. Hello, dear Community members Now you have the possibility to enable or disable the little timers that appear at the bottom of each card, just by checking “Enable timers on cards” checkbox on Company Settings (don’t forget to save your changes by clicking on the “save” button). When this option is enabled, you will see 3 different timers in each card of a pipe, the first timer tells how much time the card has been in the current pipe, the second tells how much time the card has been in the current phase, and the third one tells the last time when the card was updated, so you can have a better control over your processes time.
