Bom dia Comunidade Pipefy! Tudo bem com vocês? Caso ainda não me conheçam sou a Nicole, ou Nico para os mais íntimos rs, e hoje vim ensinar uma dica para você poder juntar diferentes campos em um campo só. Como assim? Você pode pegar alguns campos diferentes, até de tipos de campos diferentes e unir em apenas um campo texto. Digamos que você tem vários campos emails diferentes e você deseja ter uma grande visualização desses emails no mesmo campo. Ou talvez você tenha várias informações de um cliente espalhados pelo seu processo e deseja unir essas informações para facilitar sua visualização. Você consegue utilizando uma automação.As motivações são infinitas, mas a forma de fazer é uma só e é bem facinha, então vou passar o passo-a-passo pra vocês aqui. Primeiro, precisamos criar o campo que irá ser atualizado com as informações. How to test the creation of connected cards using autofill

Have you ever had a card that should have created a “connected card” or a “new card” from an automation but didn’t?  It’s not frequent, but it can happen. Most of the time, the problem is in the card and/or fields. For that reason, today I am going to teach a trick on how to use autofill to check if there are any errors on your card preventing your “connected card” automation to run. First of all, you need to check if the autofill is enabled and set on the connection “advanced options”. If not, you need to set that autofill and match the fields with their correspondence in the origin pipe, just like you did with the automation. Once all the fields that are going to be filled automatically with the automation are matched in the autofill settings, it’s time to access the connection through the parent card and “try” to create a child card manually. How to block card creation in a pipe

Hello everyone! How are you doing today? It’s Nico from the Customer Support team again to teach you another Pipefy tip.  Did you ever have a pipe that you wanted to “archive”? Maybe your process in that pipe is over or you put a temporariy stop on it and you really just wanted to prevent people from creating cards on this pipe.  Well, I have a solution for you.  You can use mandatory/required statement fields to do so.  When creating a statement field from inside the edition of the start form there is the option to make the field required.  The logic is, since you are making required a field that allows no action to it, it can’t process. One way to use it is either delete or hide all of your form fields using field conditionals (if you are in the business plan or up), so you don’t lose your data and leave just the statement field in evidence explaining to your coworkers they can no more use this pipe, for example.  You can use this feature in your pipes as well as in your databases!Al

Frequentemente as pessoas nos pedem no suporte uma forma de atualizar um campo com um valor “vazio”. O Pipefy tem vários truques que podem melhorar o seu processo. Você sabia que existe um truque bem fácil para de fato fazer uma automação tirar um valor de um campo?  A solução alternativa  que vou ensinar aqui é recomendado para para planos Business e Enterprise, já que vamos usar uma automação e condicionais de campo.  -pois aqui precisamos utilizar uma automação e também condicionais de campo-. Como funciona o filtro relativo das atividades recorrentes em relatórios e automações?

Uma dúvida muito frequente que recebemos no suporte do Pipefy é em relação às atividades recorrentes e os cenários relativos. Então vou explicar um pouco sobre os tipos de filtros e como eles funcionam.    Tanto nos relatórios quanto nas automações de tipo “recorrente” existe um filtro para as datas com o nome de “relativo”. Esse filtro relativo possui 3 possibilidades de filtro que são: “menor que”, “maior que” e “exatamente”.  As opções  “menor que” e  “maior que” estão relacionadas a um espaço de tempo.Este espaço de tempo funciona como uma calculadora entre o agora e a opção selecionada. Por exemplo, se você precisa de todos os cards criados 7 dias atrás, pensando como uma calculadora, é necessário selecionar todos os cards criados do momento de agora menos os últimos sete dias para “trás”.  Ambos os filtros  “menor que” e  “maior que”, se baseiam nesta linha temporal.  Vejamos, o  “menor que” irá considerar todos os dias que vierem antes do “agora” menos 7 dias.  Calma, vou explic

Como atualizar responsáveis de campos em massa?Product Hacks

Você sabia que existe uma maneira fácil e prática de atualizar os responsáveis de vários campos  de uma única vez ;) Vamos supor que alguém da sua empresa não está mais trabalhando naquele setor e, portanto, não faça mais parte de um  pipe. No entanto, essa pessoa tinha muitos cards atribuídos a ela que agora essas tarefas estão sem responsável. O que você pode fazer? Atribuir manualmente, editando um a um? 🌟 News | Automation event improved

Hello, everyone. Today we come with a minor yet huge improvement in automations.   Previously, when creating automation with the event "when a card enters a phase" if the card was being created [start form] the automation wouldn't work because, technically, the card couldn't 'enter the phase' if it was not created yet and it would require to change the automation event to "when a card is created". Confusing, right? We had many support tickets with this problem, and we'd need to explain the problem was in the 'logic' behind the start form is not a phase.  To fix this problem and prevent friction, we have now allowed cards from the start form to work with both events. No matter if you select "when a card is created" or "when a card enters a phase" for cards coming from the start form, the automation will work regardless. In case you find any problems with new or current automations, please open a card with our support team immediately. Como esconder campos para algumas áreas de sua empresa?Product Hacks

Você já precisou  esconder campos  em algumas fases para que apenas certas pessoas acessassem? Ou ainda  configurar campos nos quais somente alguns membros específicos possam editar e visualizar?  Nós temos uma solução rápida e fácil pra te ajudar com isso!  Essa dica é ideal para empresas que estejam nos planos Business ou Enterprise pois utilizaremos condicionais de campos nesse processo. :)  Para começar, você precisará criar todos os campos na fase ou no formulário que deseja deixar escondido. Neste exemplo, criei apenas dois campos “aprovado?” e “telefone”.     Além dos campos do processo, precisamos ter um campo adicional, que será o campo para a “senha”. Essa senha irá “desbloquear” todos os campos que  deixaremos escondidos para as demais pessoas que não desejamos liberar acesso.   Para isso vou criar um campo texto curto e chamá-lo de “senha departamento X” e minha fase ficou assim, com os campos de todas as áreas, com os campos que irei esconder e também com o campo “senha”:

🚀 New flow improvement - add phases!

Hello, community. First of all, happy 2022 to all of you. Thank you so much for being part of our community and our product. Let's start 2022 with new releases (and keep them coming)! We have released the ability to add phases in the Flow. Previously, there was only the ability to delete phases and move them around. Now, you can also add phases to your process using the Flow. It is super simple. Just move the mouse around between the phases you wish to add your new phase and a circle with a "+" sign will appear. You just need to then write down a name to your phase and it's done! We are still working on more improvements to the feature, so stay tuned. 🚀Also, tell us what are the features or shortcuts you would like to have on the Flow. ✨ Improvements on the Flow

Hello, dearest community,  A month ago, we have released the Flow and, now, I come with some news! We have made a few improvements in our newest feature to facilitate everything even more for you. Since we have released the Flow we have worked on improvements such as:The ability to move phases around and delete them: To do that, you only need to click on the three dots that appear in the desired phase, and you'll have a dropdown menu allowing you to do so. The ability to see, create and edit phase movements: the blue arrows on top of the Flow represent where your cards are enabled to move from one phase to another. By selecting the phase you can create new movements and delete them as well. ;)We are still studying and working on more improvements for you. In case of questions, feedback, or improvement suggestions, please let me know. Your feedback is super important for us. 🚀

NEWS | Flow ✨

Hello, dear community  I am an Associate Product Manager here at Pipefy and I am here to announce that we have released the beta version of the Flow. ✨ The Flow is a new and improved way for users to see the processes holistically, from beginning to end, and facilitate users' understanding of Pipefy. To access it you need to have admin permission on the pipe and open your pipe settings.  Initially, the Flow shows you the start form/public form, the phases, and their fields showing the pipe in a more uniform and connected way. The feature also allows you to go to the edition and it shows the movements within phases. Although for now, the Flow is more visual, we are still working on improvements for it. 🚀 Please send us your feedback and improvement suggestions, it helps us a lot to improve the product every day. Thank you! 🌹

How to erase a field value using automation?

Customers usually ask us “how can I use automation to update my field with an empty value?”  After a few tests, I found a way to do it using automation. This workaround is recommended if your company is on the Business or Enterprise plan (we are going to need automation and a field conditional to enable this workaround).  Ps: If you are not in on one of these plans and want to upgrade your account, you can contact the support team in our chat or your CSM, if you have one. ;) 1. First of all, you need to choose what type of field you want to update. We need to create a new field of the exact same type as the field we want to update. So, let's pretend we are interested in updating a field type Date.  I already have a Date field in my process, but I also created a new one called “Date - hide”. (I even named it that way to make it very clear that that is the field I want to hide, therefore it will not be visible in my process). This field will always be empty and it will be the one to be u
