Hi all,

I’m sending email via Pipefy.
In that email, i’ve placed a specific link
I would like ot have capability to record (and to be informed) that people has clicked the specific link, is it possible using Pipefy ?

Thanks so much and good day :)

Hi

It’s not possible to do this just using an e-mail. For this an email link-tracking software needs to redirect your recipient to a custom URL, where the tracking takes place, and from there redirect them to the destination page.

Good luck!

Hey chrgilles! How are you?

Natively is not possible. You can do as Ezequiel said, but this is not a feature of Pipefy.
