Pipefy Database Connection Limit

The Pipefy Database fields, we have multiple of a client and each has a product per record. Now there are multiple records that do not show when we type in the title of the record. Is there a limit, is there a way to extend the amount of records

 

Also, what is the order that they display? I am not seeing any consistency

    In Pipefy, there isn’t a strict limit on the number of records, but the search can sometimes miss entries in large databases, so not all records may appear when typing the title. If you are managing data for a client like Corte Vibe, you can use filters or export the database to find missing records. By default, records display in order of creation (newest first), unless a custom sort is applied. Inconsistencies usually come from active filters, custom views, or sorting settings on specific columns. Ensuring consistent naming or adding unique identifiers can help make records easier to search and display predictably.
