Has anyone managed to get Pipefy Emails working on an SMTP relay through Google Workspace?

We simply cannot get Pipefy to login.

  • we have disabled MFA at the Google End on the relay account
  • we have tried enabling and disabling TLS at the Google end
  • we have enabled ‘login using less secure apps’ for the Org Unit hosting the relay account at the google end
  • we have configured the Pipefy IP address list as permissible IP addresses for SMTP relay at the google end

We have now run out of road!

You’ve covered most of the common troubleshooting steps. One thing to check is whether Google is requiring the use of an app password, even though MFA is disabled. Google may still require app-specific passwords for third-party services, so try generating one from your Google Account and use that in Pipefy. Also, ensure that the SMTP relay settings on Google’s side are correctly configured to allow connections from the IP addresses you’ve whitelisted. Double-check that Pipefy is set up with the correct SMTP server, port, and authentication details. If the issue persists, contacting Pipefy support might help identify any known issues or provide more specific guidance.
