Hi, I would love to know in your opinion what are the main differences between Trello and Pipefy. Which one would you recommend for a mid-market company looking for improving control, SLA management and visibility? :thinking:

Pipefy is a process management platform and Trello is collaboration platform. So, Pipefy has some specific features to suport your processes automation. The main differences are:

  • Custom fields
  • Mandatory fields
  • PDF generator
  • Public forms
  • Database

  
In my opinion, Pipefy is the best. Not only by the features but also by help and support services.

I used to be a Trello power user in the past. I think there is one main question you need to answer before comparing the tools: You have a process or a project challenge?

If you're just looking for something to manage simple projects, I would strongly recommend Trello, they're simple and easier to use if that's your need.

If your goal is to improve your team's daily execution (repetitive tasks, more process-oriented) than Pipefy is the best fit.
