I am trying to update all my email templates with the US ET zone. I have tried a few different options and am currently using (GMT-5:OO) EST but the time is showing 5 hours ahead of my time in Michigan, USA. Any ideas?

Also check your time zone in the Account Preferences to confirm if your account is reflecting the current time.

In the email template, there is an option to set the idiom/language and time zone!

Yes, I am selecting Language settings, and then selected (GMT-5:00) EST from the drop down list. That is not working. For example, it is 2:24pm currently in my time zone but the time showing in the card is 7:24pm.
