For tattoo studios, there are some specific reminders we usually send to clients—like aftercare instructions and reminders to avoid alcohol or certain meds before a session. Automating these kinds of messages would be a huge help in keeping clients prepared and reducing the need for back-and-forth communication.

If connecting with my AGM could help brainstorm a customized workflow, I'll definitely look into it. Do you have any general tips for setting up automated reminders and appointment workflows in Pipefy?
