What are the requirements, if any, for using a database connection field in a form that will be used in a portal.  Please note that we have no use for general public forms on the web.  All our forms will be completed by internal employees.

Hi @Jody Poland,

there is no special requirements for using a database connection field in a form that will be used in a portal too. You can simply configure and create the field in your start form to connect with the database and then create your portal with the access to this start form that you have previously created. The portal gives you the possibility to organize your forms, but it’s a reflection of what you have already configured in the pipes.

Hi @Jody Poland

I couldn't identify any special requirements in my pipes with database connections fields.

Let’s see if anyone else has a different experience.
