I have a database with 105 records, and the total number appears at the top, but the records themselves don’t show up in the database. It feels like there’s some hidden filter that’s preventing me from seeing them. I’ve already tried using a different browser and an incognito tab, but it didn’t solve the issue. Has anyone experienced this before?
It makes absolutely no sense to pay $20 or R$100 per user for a system that doesn’t even provide proper support. My operation has been down for a week, and I still can’t resolve the issue. When I try to open a ticket, I’m told I need to pay extra just to be assisted, and instead, I get redirected to a community where no real help is available. This system used to be great, but it’s clearly losing ground to the big players. At this rate, I’ll soon be one of the many users choosing to migrate elsewhere.

Não faz o menor sentido pagar US$20 ou R$100 por usuário em um sistema que sequer oferece suporte adequado. Estou há uma semana com a operação parada, sem conseguir resolver o problema, e quando tento abrir um chamado, informam que preciso pagar um valor adicional para ser atendida. Em vez de suporte, sou direcionada para uma comunidade onde ninguém realmente ajuda. Esse sistema já foi excelente, mas está ficando para trás, e, do jeito que as coisas estão, em breve serei mais uma entre os que decidem migrar para outras plataformas que entregam o que prometem.

Pelo o que parece o que está acontecendo é que você está sem autorização nesse seu banco de dados, consegue me informar se você faz parte desse banco de dados?. Para confirmar isso siga o passo a passo
Va em Gerenciar
Clique em “Pessoas”
Verifique se você faz parte desse seu banco de dados pois pode acontecer esse tipo de comportamento, como por exemplo nas imagens a seguir, vou mostrar o comportamento antes de está incluido no banco de dados.
Como pode ver, tenho 7 registros mas não mostra nenhum, igual o seu comportamento, após me adicionar no DB, aparecerá os registros
Depois que me adicionei no DB e apertei um F5 na pagina os registros apareceram novamente, veja se é esse seu caso e me retorne tudo bem? 🤗
