At times some of our current customers will fill out our web form. In doing so it creates a duplicate in our “contacts database” and my question is is there anyway to combine contacts so we do not have multiple copies of the same information?

Yes, you can merge duplicates by enabling a “merge contacts” or “deduplication” feature in your CRM settings, or use a third-party tool to automatically detect and combine them.
