We have great news! 📢 The communication between those creating requests with your public forms and your teams is easier now with the Request Tracker functionality. 💬 Besides being able to track their open cards' status, requesters can also communicate directly with the ones responsible for the execution—even without a Pipefy account. To do so, simply open the card and send a message. This action is performed directly on the Request Tracker page, without the need to access or login to Pipefy. Learn more about Request Tracker! 🤓

Social Media Content Creation & Post AutomationWho all is using Pipefy for Social Media Content Creation (Specifically Facebook & or Instagram in our case)? I saw the content creation template but it is a bit bare bones. I wondered if anyone would mind sharing their Pipe and how they use it for this? We are starting to have to post more and more for various Facebook pages so it would be nice to better integrate content creation & posting into our Pipefy. I did investigate some potential automations via Zapier etc. that might make it possible to automatically post onto Facebook. It seems like it may become a bit of a pain for us because I would have to setup a different automation in Zapier for each Facebook page but the actions with Pipefy are pretty limited (Card Creation, Cards Moved, etc). Any thoughts appreciated!
Hione of our colleagues is trying to @tag other pipe members into comments on pipes, but when she types @ no one is shown. When I do it there isn't a problem. See attached screenshot for reference. I am using a mac with chrome, colleague is using windows PC with chrome, plus has tried other browsers without success. Anyone else had this issue?

Is there a way to export the history from a card - the section under Activities where it lists what was changed, by whom, and on which date? We’d like to be able to do this to keep backups of our records, but I haven’t found a way to do so.I know you can export the card data via a report, but the reports only have a little bit of the activity information from what I can see (last updated date etc.).This is somewhat related to the question asked here:
Hi, how can I get conditionals and automations with API
hello, I heard rumors that the rest API for card queries with GraphQL will be closed for all organizations in the future. Can you confirm it?

I am having a great deal of difficulty using the connection mechanism to autofill fields on a card from information in the database (I assume this can be done). I have created the connection and linked the fields and ensured the fields are of the same type in both the database and the card. The cards will track installation jobs from quote through installation and I don’t want to add a recurring customer’s information into the card every time a contractor needs another job. I want to select their record from the database menu and have the fields on the card reflect that customer’s contact information (phone, email, name, etc.).I have created the fields in phase 2 and I make the connection in phase 1, but my test customer’s contact information never populates in the card’s fields.
Hi, I would like to share my impressions about the new interface here What bothers me most is the clarity of the due date: Because it is not so clear and diffuse with the other information on the card… Another thing that bothers me, is the title of the apparent field on the closed card, just the answer (as it always has been) is enough: This makes the card size very extensive A good thing are the labels: At most I really liked the updates and the open card interface, what I still didn't like is the look of the closed card.

I'm trying to see all the data related with my database (table) for all my organizations.I'm using this query bellow:Can anyone support me with this? Because I can't see the record {""query"": ""{ organizations { id tables{edges{node{id table_fields{id label {id name} } table_records{ edges {node {id title parent_relations {id repo }}}}}}}}}""}"
Hi Doers!Wondering if anyone has suggestions for ways to configure a Pipefy form that requires a signature. We have certain forms that require a signature for legal reasons (our code of conduct acknowledgement form, for example). I don’t see a “signature field” as an option in Pipefy but thought some of you might have come up with ways around this.Open to any ideas you might have!
Looking for some help from the community on how to handle this process in Pipefy:We have an onboarding pipe. Sometimes managers will complete the public start form before they know what the name of the new hire is or their start date i.e. they know they’re hiring a new Technician, but haven’t selected the person yet. We have questions that allow them to submit the start form without providing the name and start date of the new hire. However, we want them to be able to update us with the name and start date once those pieces of information are known. Currently, we just ask the manager to email us when they know that information and we manually update the card with that data.I’m trying to find a way for the managers to be able to submit another form - an update form - that will then connect to the original onboarding card so that the data is combined. I’m assuming I’ll need to use connections and possibly automations too, but I can’t quite figure out how to make this work. Any recommenda
I'm trying to create a new table record using a field which is a connected record from another database. Using the GUI I can create and connect table record with no issues. But, when I run using the Graphiql Explorer I got the following message: Value You don't have permission to connect these cards/table records. Both databases has the Public Permission checked. I tried using the API (new version) and presents the same problem.

Hi, I want to send out a document to external requesters once the process is over. Ideally, I would like to add information I collected across different stages of my process on a customizable template.
