We have great news! 📢 The communication between those creating requests with your public forms and your teams is easier now with the Request Tracker functionality. 💬

Besides being able to track their open cards' status, requesters can also communicate directly with the ones responsible for the execution—even without a Pipefy account.

To do so, simply open the card and send a message. This action is performed directly on the Request Tracker page, without the need to access or login to Pipefy.
