🔗 Discover Pipefy’s new iPaaS solution with ActivePieces: more control and autonomy for your integrations!

At the end of July, Pipefy hosted a special webinar to present its new iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) solution. The event brought together professionals interested in scaling automations across different tools with less technical dependency and greater operational efficiency.

🚀 Why an iPaaS Solution?

We kicked off the discussion by reinforcing the webinar’s purpose: to present, in depth, a solution that empowers operational teams to build integrations between systems without relying solely on development teams. In this context, ActivePieces acts as an orchestrator between Pipefy and several other tools, such as Google Sheets, ERPs, CRMs, and messaging platforms.

Efrem highlighted that ActivePieces stands out for its low-code approach, allowing the creation of multi-step automations with conditional logic, API connections, and real-time data usage — all with an accessible learning curve.

🛠️The Demo: A Hands-On Integration Class

During the live demo led by Adriano, participants followed step by step the creation of an integration flow that included:

  • Data collection from a Google Sheets spreadsheet;

  • Automated card registration and movement within Pipefy;

  • Use of conditional logic to customize actions based on business rules;

  • Execution logs and error visualization to simplify testing and adjustments.

The demo not only proved the technical feasibility of the integration but also showed how the product was designed to address real operational use cases: repetitive workflows, system synchronizations, and automatic triggers based on events or forms.

📈 Added Value for Different Teams

The content of the event was especially valuable for:

  • Operations analysts seeking to automate tasks across systems;

  • Process specialists aiming to improve integration traceability;

  • IT teams looking to reduce the backlog of simple, standardizable requests;

  • Managers interested in ensuring scalability and governance with less friction.

We also emphasized the importance of listening to the community to guide future educational content and events — inviting participants to reach out by email with suggestions and questions.
