We came across some critical GDPR/LGPD violation and would like to request an improvement to solve this matter. We work with many external counterparts and they need to submit reimbursable expenses requests.

However, the systems doesnt allow to create filters to show only the projects a determined person is involved, and literally ANYONE can see the names of ALL ACTIVE PROJECTS

Already discussed the topic with support but they have no idea when this critical issue will be solved, we are even considering abandon Pipefy and migrate to competition.

Please fix this issue!!!!!!!!

This sounds mostly like somthing that’s specific to the workflow you set up.

There are certain features that allow to restrict access, e.g. the “Restricted view” member role, or just Pipefy’s “Tasks” and “Portal” features.

Might be that you need to adjust your workflow to fit those.

But I agree, in general, there should be more fine-grained control of various permissions and levels of permissions.

Hi, @h-tisaka

Have you been able to solve this issue?
From what I understand, your problem is related to segmenting who can view/access each form to create requests. We have a portal solution (new portal) that might be an alternative for your operation. In the new portal, you can define who will have access to each form by group or at the user level. This way, people who shouldn’t have access to certain forms won’t be able to see them in the new portal.
These settings are configured within each pipe in the form-sharing options.

This article can help you understand how to segment access for each form: https://help.pipefy.com/en/articles/7833696-how-to-share-forms

I hope this solution helps. If you have questions, feel free to reach out through the community or support.

Thank you.
