Hello everyone,

I’ve been using the Interfaces feature for my organization’s users to handle all of their processes. In some of the most important and urgent steps, I wanted to assign tasks to the responsible person so they could complete them directly in the appropriate process interface. Using the Pipefy mobile app for users to access and be notified of their tasks was also part of my wish in this idea.

However, I’ve noticed an issue: when a card is completed through the Interface, the related task still remains active. This means that even if the card has already moved to a different phase, the user continues to see the old task, which creates a buildup of completed or irrelevant tasks in their view.

My suggestion would be to have actions within Interfaces properly connected to tasks—so that completing a card updates or closes the corresponding task. Alternatively, it would be very useful if I could at least delete tasks under certain conditions or through my integrator, ensuring that when something changes in the card, I can remove outdated tasks for UI clarity.

In addition, it would be great if tasks could be fully integrated inside the Interface itself, so users wouldn’t need to leave the Interface and return to the Pipefy Dashboard to access them. This would create a more seamless and efficient experience.

Since I feel that both the Tasks feature and Interface buttons are still relatively new, I believe it would be very valuable to explore how these two functionalities could work together in a more integrated way.

Thank you for considering this improvement!
