Customers reply to custom email address

We send emails with our company email address (custom address). For customers, the pipefy email address is first in the reply to field, our address second. So if customer clicks reply to, emails only get send to pipefy address and we need to check the pipefy email inbox. A functionality would be nice, with the choice, if replies should be linked to cards and if selected NO, then only custom email address should be added to reply to.
