Shared Ownership of Automations


For the sake of business continuity, it would be very helpful to have automations be either directly connected to a pipe with shared membership or be able to have its own list of members.

Currently, though a Pipe can have several administrators, the automations are created and controlled by a single person. If this person leaves the organization, the automations will be lost and need to be recreated. I worry about my team forgetting this step and then suddenly losing all their automations when someone leaves the company.

In my experience from changing an admin user yesterday, this seems to be fixed somewhat: as a new admin user, after joining a pipe, I can see all automations without problems.

 

Or am I misunderstanding the problem?
