It would be really helpful if when creating an automation to create a child card in another pipe, if it was allowed skip fields, even when they are required in the child pipe.
For example, I have a pipe for "Registration Change" where the employee can request an inclusion in the health care plan, through the automation I would like to create a card in the pipe "Benefits Management" for achieving that inclusion. In my pipe for "Benefits Management" the employee can request other benefits besides the health care plan that has required fields just for that benefit requested, so I can't create the automation to create a child card just for the health care plan requested in the pipe "Registration Change".
(This function would be similar to the data import from an excel sheet, but it would be possible to skip fields that are required just under certain conditions that are not true in the situation)
