Hi Guys how do you reset the radio fields:

You need to create a new button called blank and use the conditional to hide it.

After that you can use an automation to update this CEO approval with the “blank” value and vóila!

Good luck!

Can you give a screen shot?

Here goes:

I’m sorry, I don't understand the logic.  What's happening here?

This is a sample, but it’s the same idea.

Ok let me try.  Thanks

Thank you @Ezequiel Souza it worked.  i used a blank radius select field because i couldn’t find the blank text fields when I selected +

I’m tryin to open a simple Automation and its giving me this this error.  Tried to update a few automations and its constantly giving me erros.

Solved the problem

Good!!!

Very good!

Yes, it's  a solution.

But we can't call it good.

We, here at Qive (Arquivei agora é Qive!), have large forms (start or from phases) with all sorts of field types. It's insane to maintain:

  • the blank fields
  • one or more automations just to blank the fields
    • the internals of all these automations

Loops inside processes aren't that unexpected, so I think it's not that bad we have a better way to reset fields when needed.

Anyone knows how to make this workaround to work with connected databases?

We have lots of databases in some phases that we need to reset when the card comes back to that phase, but the automation creator don't let me select a "blank" database connection field, saddly..

Got it!

It is an old "behaviour": there is no way to search for a database name in that "select-boxes-with-search" that appears when dealing with dynamic content, only to search by its fields names.
