We've received a lot of feedback from our users asking to disable the need to inform an email address to access the public phase form or at least an option to turn it configurable. Since not every process requires this level of authentication, we are releasing the option to configure at the phase level the need to provide an email address to access the public phase form.
What changed?
- Previous behavior: Once authentication is enabled, the users need to enter an email address and execute the verification steps to be able to access the public phase form (not configurable).
- New behavior: Administrators can configure which phases they want the users to inform an email to access the public phase form and which ones don't. This configuration can be done through the advanced options (phase settings) or via phase sharing in the card.
