Before these updates, managing large sets of cards meant handling tasks one by one — updating information, moving cards between phases, or applying changes to entire processes manually. This repetitive work impacted productivity and increased the risk of errors.

Now, with Bulk Actions and Advanced Filters, you gain the power to act at scale — with precision, speed, and control.

🚀 What Is the Bulk Actions Feature?

Bulk Actions allow you to perform changes across multiple cards at once — right from the List View in your Pipe.

Perfect for teams dealing with high-volume processes, this feature was built to eliminate repetitive tasks and boost operational efficiency.

✅ With Bulk Actions, you can:

• Edit fields in multiple cards at once (excluding ID, dynamic content, attachments, and connections)

• Move cards between phases with one click

• Run automations on up to 100 cards in a batch

• Delete cards quickly and securely

• Manage permissions — admins can control who can access this feature

Advanced Filters let you create personalized, rule-based views to quickly find the exact cards you need.

When paired with Bulk Actions, Advanced Filters give you surgical precision to apply updates, transitions, or deletions to only the records that matter.

• Combine multiple conditions (e.g. current phase + assignee + date)

• Instantly locate records without scrolling long lists

• Share saved filters across teams

• Use filters in both List and Kanban views
