Do you have a form you frequently need to use to create requests but always need to search it? Now can hover on the Form in the Portals area and favorite it. This way, you can have the most important Forms for you right at the top to easily access them.
We hope this improvement can help you have a better experience in finding the correct form to make a request.
This improvement is now live in both web version and mobile app. For the App mobile version, you also need to update the App to version 2.21.0 in the Apple store for iOS or in the Play store for Android.
