We've just released a notification badge in the global navigation bar. This notification badge aims to indicate the number of pending tasks.
- Be notified when receiving a task, eliminating the need to check email or open the task area several times to check for pending tasks (less dependency on other platforms like email)
- Know how many pending tasks are open without having to open the task area
Use case (examples):
- A manager that only finds out that there is a vacation request to be approved when is charged by his employee who is waiting for the answer.
- A Finance Analyst who needs to notify the manager manually (sometimes using other platforms like Slack, Teams, etc) about the task because the manager doesn't have a simple way to find out.
