The AI Agent from Pipefy has evolved from being a simple “prompt assistant” into an active member of your team.
It can now fill in fields, create and move cards on its own, make decisions based on real knowledge (data, policies, PDFs, card history), and document everything in the activity log: total transparency.
That means less time spent on repetitive tasks, fewer human errors, and smoother workflows, without needing to involve the technical team.

How it works
Each agent can now have up to five behaviors, and each behavior can perform up to three different actions, all configured in natural language, no code required.
You choose the type of knowledge it will use (internal databases, documents, historical records) and define what it should do:

“When a new résumé is received, move the card to interviews if the profile is a good fit.”

The result is an agent with cognitive decision-making and context awareness, capable of acting across the entire workflow.
