Overview

Until now, understanding exactly how and where your conditional fields were applied required extensive manual scrolling and mental mapping — especially as the number of conditionals grew and relying only on titles became inefficient.

To address this, we have made meaningful improvements to the conditionals list based on our latest design system, bringing better accessibility and more powerful ways to audit your pipe's logic.

What’s new?

We’ve added two major features to help you find exactly what you are looking for:

  • Search: quickly locate specific conditions by name without scrolling through the entire list.

  • Field-level filtering: you can now filter conditionals based on a specific field to see exactly how it is being used — whether it is driving the condition itself or being hidden/shown by a rule.

How it helps

  • Instantly identify every rule affecting a specific field before making changes to your process.

  • Find and adjust visibility logic in seconds, even in pipes with dozens of conditionals.

  • Prevents rule conflicts by providing a clear view of how the form logic is structured.

Most relevant for

  • Pipe Admins

  • Operations Analysts

  • Product Managers

  • Builders managing complex forms and visibility rules
