Is there anyway to access Creator as a general attribute in Automation?

ping-cheng

In automation, I can get “Crated at” in General Attribute,  I wonder if there is any way I can get “Creator” as well?

Thanks.

Yes, this is possible: you can choose “Creator” as the field value on field update.

Sorry, I don’t see Creator under General attributes. Is it something to do with configuration?

Thanks.

@ping-cheng it seems it depends on the field you want to update. “Creator” is visible for Assignee-fields.

Also, I can get event’s Date and Time in automation, I wonder if we can get “doer” of the event?

Yes, I fear you would need a workaround such as Integromat.

The doer of the event too. The field does not seem to be available in the automations, but it is in the Webhooks and should therefore be available for custom GraphQL applications (and therewith external tools such as Integromat or Zappier).
