Request Tracker Attachment Issue

Hello Team,

 

I am facing one issue where the PDF attached in attachment section can be opened successfully from the pipe card itself. But same attachment, when we try to open from a request tracker form, it errors out saying “Something went wrong”

Please ignore above, I am not able to find an option to delete. But this was a customization issue.
