Hello
The expected would be according to the browser’s locale. However, we are currently having a few issues with it and we have an opened bug.
I would recommend in this case opening a chat with our support so they can evaluate the issue.

I am having this problem as well.
When creating the form and selecting the phone number field, it shows Brazil, but when I send the form, it shows the US as country.
Is there another way to choose the default country?

It's been 2 years since this bug appeared, and from what I'm experiencing, it's still unresolved.
Are all bugs going to be like this? I'm not sure if I should continue with the deployment of the app
