I would like to suggest a new functionality or visual enhancement that will permit create a page for external users/customer can access to follow your requests using a visual concept of process like a line and points configurable based on your processes like this
You have 5 phase the visual must be like this:
S---------Phase 1------------Phase 2------------Phase 3------------Phase 4------------Phase 5-------------F
I hope that could be easier to follow all cards.
