I’ve been exploring ways to integrate chat-based tools (like ChatPic or similar image/chat utilities) into workflow systems like Pipefy, especially for teams handling customer interactions or content creation.
For example, generating quick visuals, sharing previews, or even attaching media inside process steps could really streamline communication between teams.
At the same time, I’ve also seen workflows where teams manage small customer-related items like prepaid cards or balances. I recently came across something related to checking chatpic, and it made me think about combining both ideas—like using chat/image tools to improve how such info is shared or tracked inside workflows.
So I wanted to ask:
- Has anyone integrated chat/image tools into Pipefy workflows?
- Do you use them for internal collaboration or customer-facing steps?
- Any recommended tools or setups?
