I’ve been working with workflow automation in Pipefy and wanted to ask something slightly different but still related to process management.
When managing workflows that involve small digital assets or balances (like prepaid cards, internal credits, or vouchers), what’s the best way to track them efficiently inside Pipefy?
For example, I recently came across a guide about managing and checking things like 7 brew gift card balance  and it made me think about how similar concepts apply to workflow tracking—especially when dealing with distributed teams or customer-related credits.
Do you usually:
- Create custom fields for balances?
- Use integrations or automation rules?
- Or manage it outside Pipefy and sync data?
