Can't open any pipe

Since yesterday I am unable to open any pipe on my dashboard without being redirected to an updated plan message though I'm not using the free plan's limit.

We have been experiencing this issue as well, extremely frustrating. I’ve been able to access my Pipes in the mobile and desktop apps, but they don’t allow you to change any form settings and the usage is much more limited. Pipefy, please fix this issue ASAP!!!

We understand how this situation can be confusing and frustrating, and we’re here to help clarify what happened.

Currently, organizations on the Free Plan have usage limits. When any of these limits are reached, access to the organization is temporarily blocked, and you’re redirected to the statistics page. The Free Plan limits are:

  • Up to 5 pipes / databases

  • Up to 10 members (all with administrator access)

  • 1 active automation

  • Up to 15 automation actions per month

  • Up to 50 cards created per month

  • Up to 500 database records

  • Up to 3 conditional logic rules

  • No integrations

  • Up to 2 interfaces

👉 If your organization has exceeded any of these limits, you’ll need to upgrade your plan to continue using the platform normally.
