Hello @zlongdon

The ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR usually indicates a failure when trying to establish a secure connection (HTTPS) between your browser and the website.

This issue can be caused by several factors, such as:

  • Incorrect date/time settings on your device

  • Corrupted browser cache or cookies

  • Extensions like ad blockers or antivirus software

  • Network issues or misconfigured SSL on the website

We recommend the following steps:

  1. Check your device's date and time

  2. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies

  3. Try accessing the site using a different browser or incognito mode

  4. Temporarily disable any extensions or antivirus software

  5. Restart your router if you're on a potentially unstable connection

Could you try to login in another browser or using your 4G?
