Outgoing emails marked as New

Outgoing emails are marked as new on the card in the Kanban view as well as in the email tab.

Are there settings I can change so that only incoming messages are marked as New? If not, there needs to be a way to do that!

From what I understand, outgoing emails are being marked as 'New'. The alert should only appear for messages you receive, unless the card itself is in the copy.

To understand what's happening in your case, could you confirm:

  • Does this happen with all cards or a specific one?
  • Is there any automation setting for when an email is sent?
  • Do you use any email in copy (CC or BCC) in your template settings?

If you could send me a screenshot of how this email appears in the card's email tab (showing if it's indeed an outgoing email), it would greatly help in identifying the problem!
