Is this a bug, or am I using the filter incorrectly?

I was running some analyses and noticed something that seems to be a bug. I’m attaching a few screenshots to illustrate.

When I apply the filter on the pipe page, in the Kanban model, with the condition “Created after 10/01/2025”, it shows 6 total cards, but 2 of them were actually created on 09/30 around 10 PM. I believe this may be related to a time zone issue.

However, when I go to “Report” and apply the same filter (for example, “Created this month”), which I understand should follow the same logic as the first filter, it only shows 4 cards — and in this case, the result seems correct.

Could you please confirm whether this is a bug, or if I am misinterpreting/using the filter incorrectly in the pipe?
