Every time our team replies to an email on a card, it adds another “Re.” to the subject line, which ends up looking like this after multiple replies back and forth with our customers:
Subject: Re. Re. Re. Re. Re. Re. Re. Re. Re. Re. Re. Re. actual subject line here..

Can we please remove the addition of a “Re.” every single time we reply?

I investigated the behavior you reported. The analysis confirmed that, although the system has the appropriate settings for prefixes, the automatic functionality that checks and prevents duplication (the "Re: Re:" feature) has not yet been implemented. This means that, currently, the only way to adjust the subject line is to edit it and remove the extra prefixes manually before sending the reply.

Do we know when this functionality will be implemented to remove the extra prefixes? We are already doing this manually for now.

Thank you for your question. I completely understand the need for a forecast, especially since manual adjustments require extra effort. The team needs to assess the impact, complexity, and alignment with the overall platform roadmap.

For this reason, we don't yet have an implementation date or forecast to share.
Rest assured that as soon as this feature is prioritized and included in the development schedule, we'll be sure to let you know. I'll keep this ticket updated with any updates.

Thank you again for your feedback, which is essential to the evolution of our platform, and for your understanding.
