We changed the Record Title from Name to “Reference ID” in a database (Individuals).

We have a service pipe where we have a connected card to the database (Individuals) to attach it to the pipe. The updated Record Title Field “Reference ID”. When we search for a record it still shows the old record title and not the Reference ID.

We are struggling to figure out how to fix this or its a bug?

Resolved.

Old Cards keep the old Record Title, if you change record title it only reflects in new records only. A more clear documentation would have been helpful.

Database Records in Home Renovation Projects

When managing a home renovation project, ensuring that records such as material lists, contractor schedules, or budget updates are properly reflected in your database is crucial. If record titles aren’t updating, it might stem from:

  1. Incorrect Query Syntax: Double-check database queries for typos.

  2. Permissions Issues: Verify access rights for updating data.

  3. Caching Delays: Clear application-level cache to see updates.

Efficient database management keeps renovation workflows smooth and avoids delays. For professional assistance, visit https://mashrenovation.com/
