Hello Pipefy Community,


 

This week we will share with you the Pipefy integration with Zendesk. This recipe has the purpose of back and forwarding information between the two softwares. For example: when a Ticket is created in Zendesk, it creates a card in Pipefy and also when the process is finished in Pipefy, it is finished in zendesk.

The recipes contain the following steps:

 

One-way recipe:

Trigger - When a ticket is created in Zendesk

 

1st Action - Create a card in Pipefy

2nd Action - Link the ticket ID with the Pipefy ID in a table in the workato to be used in the back recipe

Trigger - When the card is finalized in Pipefy

1st Action - Take all information from this card

2nd Action - Search in the table for the Zendesk Ticket that is correlated with this Pipefy ID

3rd Action - Update the Zendesk ticket
