Nowadays, email templates are often difficult and inefficient to customize, especially when working with pipelines that contain a large number of fields.
I would like to highlight a few areas that, in my point of view, would benefit from improvement:
- Subject: There should be an alternative method for editing, as the current process is slow and inefficient.
- Mass Editing: Additional options for bulk editing should be introduced, particularly for fields such as the subject line. Each email could be assigned a unique ID, allowing it to be accessed and edited via GraphQL.
- Filtering and Labeling: The ability to organize templates using filters and labels should be implemented.
- User-Based Signatures: It should be possible to assign personalized signatures based on each user.
- Template Optimization: Overall improvements in performance and usability when creating and editing templates are needed.
