Lack of warning when an automation fails

There should be a better warning when an automation doesn’t work either for something that wont allow the automation to activate (like trying to send an automatic e-mail with a document bigger than 10mb), a bug or a system instability (which happens a little too often).

Whenever any of those happens, we have no way of knowing which automation went through and which didn’t. Even more with system instabilities. When that happens, I have no way of knowing If anything didnt work about all the actions I did while the system had a problem.

Even with the problem like the document bigger than 10mb, I found out by chance that the e-mail had not been sent because the only place to know Is on the actions tab IF you look for it…

There should be a bigger warning EVERYTIME any automation failed. Like an email when someone activates a trigger or something on the screen when is a timed automation.

Thank you for the detailed feedback, @fernando-su. We are currently looking into ways to improve our error reporting and visibility for admins, though we can't provide a specific ETA at this moment. Thanks for bringing this to our attention!
