Bom dia @lekutes , tudo bem contigo? O que você consegue é usar condicionais nas suas fases pra mostrar/ocultar campos dependendo do status do lead. Por exemplo, temos ali fase 01 em que se o lead for ativo, quero que seja obrigatório preencher campos 1, 2 e 3, mas se for inativo, quero que não seja obrigatório, aí você cria condicionais pra mostrar/ocultar os campos pois quando o campo obrigatório está oculto ele não "barra" a movimentação, não sei se essa solução faz sentido pra ti?

Check List Não Disponível e Visível- Start Form

Nas realizações das Daily - é fundamental e mais ágil que o item check list esteja disponível no start form. Da forma que está hoje, abrimos uma card, fecha card, abre card, preenche check list, fecha card. E toda vez precisa abrir o card para ver as entregas pequenas entregas detalhadas no check lis. Não é ágil, não é produtivo, e está impactando em nossa rotina da equipe das Daily e Sprint. Contamos com apoio para melhoria. Bom dia Edgar, tudo bem? Este checklist a que você se refere seria um campo checklist (aquele que você cria com as opções e aparece igual em todos os cards) ou o checklist manual de cada card que você pode criar individualmente em cada um?No seu caso, todos os cards teriam as mesmas alternativas ou são diferentes? Um checklist no start form estaria disponível no momento da criação de um novo card, porém após criado, o campo precisaria ser editável em outras fases e o usuário precisaria checar do lado esquerdo do card para editá-lo.

Hey @Nithael Sampaio , that’s a great idea. Right now, custom validation (using Regex) is supported in short text fields but only in the database. Can you give us more examples of fields you’d like to be able to create custom validations for? Thanks for sharing!

Hey @Karla Hernandez , unfortunately we don’t have that as a built-in feature and I haven’t heard of any user that had the same need. I believe you could log this in the product feedback part of the community so we can check whether anyone else has the same need, what do you think?

Organize your pipes!

It is helpful.  Once you get beyond 3 rows of pipes (I think my firm is up to 5 or 6 now), it’s really unmanageable and we need some type of “folder” or organizational structure.  I believe someone proposed an example in a different thread.  Would love to see this prioritized as a “coming soon” enhancement. Thank you for your feedback @Jody Poland ! It would be amazing if you could send that in the product feedback session of our community so that our product development team could check it out!

Create Pipefy cards by email

Hey @Karla Hernandez, from what you mentioned it seems like the restrictions are on the side of the email inbox you’re looking to forward to Pipefy, am I right? In that case, I’m afraid there’s not much we could do, besides asking the system administrator to enable that possibility. To create cards in Pipefy via email you need to send an email to the pipe’s unique email and we have several users that redirect from generic inboxes (such as support@yourcompany.com) but we can only control things from our end - the redirect part really depends on the ability to do so from the settings of the original inbox.

Oi @belsalemme ! É exatamente isso que eu queria​! Atualizar os campos no formulário. Também testei a automação que você comentou e não rodou mesmo rs Muito obrigada pelo retorno!! Fica então a sugestão para a Pipefy  considerar a implementação desse modelo.   Obrigada!​​​​​​  Maravilha! Dá pra mandar lá na parte de product feedbacks para que nosso time de produto entenda melhor o cenário e a necessidade dessa melhoria!

Uso de Autofill e Conexão com Database

Olá pessoal, tudo bem? Vamos lá, deixa eu ver se entendi sua dúvida certinho @Heloisa Tomaz : Criei um formulário de um processo, conectado com uma database que possui dados dos meus colaboradores. Com a conexão, tentei utilizar (sem sucesso) o autofill para preencher alguns campos que estão no meu formulário com os dados que estão no registro do database. Para exemplificar: gostaria que ao selecionar o registro da database relacionado a mim (através do meu CPF), os campos de Nome e Endereço fossem preenchidos com os meus dados que já estão cadastrados na database.  É possível realizar este tipo de preenchimento utilizando o autofill, ou outra funcionalidade do Pipefy?  Você gostaria que no formulário, ao selecionar o registro, os demais campos também do formulário fossem preenchidos com dados dos campos do registro, certo? No formulário isso não é possível, mas você pode configurar uma automação para quando um card for criado neste pipe, atualizar os demais campos (se forem no fo

Office Picture Contest ​​Contest

I miss the energy of our office, our tables crowded with personal stuff and just being in the same place as the entire team,  . This pic is from a bug fixing hackathon we did on a Saturday and even though it was work on a weekend we had so much fun! I also miss the pets that would visit us at the office, even though I have a dog at home right now, there was something extra special about having a dog around in the office environment. Filter Pipefy cards on connection field

Thank you for all the details and availability to submit the product feedback, @gbdoin ! Sorry if I misunderstood your need at first but now I get it.  All pipes and databases can be connected using connections/connection fields and you can use our API to create a new record when the card is moved to the final phase of a pipe or even do it manually with a connection set up to search and create records so you can search if the candidate is already in the database (and connect that position with the existing record to keep track) or create a new record for a new candidate.

Filter Pipefy cards on connection field

Hey @gbdoin , I hope you’re doing fine! We don’t currently support filtering the cards/records displayed in a connection field and unfortunately, that has been de-prioritized since then  . It would be great if you could submit this as product feedback here in the community so we can check whether that’s a pain for other Pipefy users as well. Considering the information you provided, I believe cloning a “template pipe” for each new position would be the best way to go. You can also use our portals feature to list all the available positions in a single place, even creating “groups” of pipes per department, would that be enough for your current needs? Let me know if it isn’t so we can explore further options if needed!

Card fields wont start fresh in revisits

Hi @jamestek , that is indeed the expected behavior, the fields belong to each phase and if you move a card back into a phase it’s been before, the information in its fields will be filled with the previous values. If you happen to edit the content of the fields that will be stored in the activity history (lower right corner of the card), like this: If you need each revisit to start with blank fields you can use a workaround and setup an automation rule to clear them up, it takes a bit of effort though. Let me know if you want to know how to do it, it demands having field conditionals (available in business and enterprise plans) and the use of one automation rule per phase you’d like to clear. Also it’d be great if you could add this to the product feedback section of the community.

Mandatory Fields

Hey @Kevin Williams , @Ricardo Palhares already explained to you perfectly but I’ll just add a comment on top of it. We see fields as the rules of execution of each stage of your process, right? Some rules are mandatory, they need to be followed otherwise the process result can’t be achieved, while others are optional and only need to be filled in specific scenarios. In Ricardo’s example, all those fields are mandatory but you could a long text for the customer to add observations to their order (such as extra pickles or mayo on the side), that way you can clearly identify the information you absolutely need to fill the order (mandatory fields) and the ones you could do without, but are equally important considering specific scenarios. What is a guest user in Pipefy plataform?

Hey @Peter , hope you’re doing fine! Guest is one of the three available company permissions, here’s what each of them can do: Administrator: This user can access and edit all pipes inside a company (including private pipes). They can also edit the company's settings, invite/delete members or change other members permission levels; Member: This user can join all public pipes and create/edit cards in them (depending on the pipe permission level); Guest: This user can only access the start form of public pipes to create new cards. They can't view or edit any cards, even the ones they created. Guests can only view the public pipes in a company and click on them to open the form and create new cards. They can’t follow up on the cards they’ve created since they cannot be added to pipes. Guest users are not chargeable but, once added to a pipe, they become company members and count as a chargeable user. Hope this helped!

Bom dia @Danielle Soares , tudo bem? A automação de atividade recorrente demanda que você configure um cenário (do lado inferior direito da sua automação 1/2), ali é onde você especifica quais os cards deseja que sejam movidos para a fase “disparo de email diário”, por exemplo somente cards que estejam atualmente na fase “solicitações pendentes”. A sugestão do @ivan.novofoco é interessante também, porém vale lembrar que o alerta (de atraso ou expirado) só dispara uma vez e o de vencido, para que fizesse as movimentações recorrentes, precisaria ser atualizado por uma outra automação para que o card “vencesse” novamente. Por exemplo: Automação 1: Atividade recorrente que move todos os cards para a fase disparo de email diário, onde o template é enviado; Automação 2: Atualizar um campo due date para a hora atual + 1h para que o card vença dali uma hora; Automação 3: Quando o alerta de card vencido for disparado (condição fase atual é igual a envio de email diário), mover o card para a

Abrindo o form do database em si você consegue gerar um formulário público - como o do pipe - porém ainda não é possível incluir nos portais a não ser seguindo a instrução do @Ricardo Palhares . Sugiro enviar sua sugestão de melhoria na nossa área de feedback de produto para que outros usuários possam contribuir e colaborar com outros casos em que esta melhoria pode ser útil!

Dinamic Fields in PDF TemplateSubmitted

Thanks for the awesome suggestion, @rebeca.venancio . We’ve seen quite a few cases in which people had to use the workaround you mentioned to add data from connected records/cards to a PDF template so I’m sure this improvement would add a lot of value!
