Hi there,I’m working on an Onboarding Process and would like cards to move to a “Done” phase after the date of their onboarding has passed. There is a field in our start form where card creators indicate what the Start Date is for the new person that’s being onboarded.Ideally, I’d like to set up an automation that would move the cards to “Done” automatically once the Start Date from the start form is reached.I found this post here in the community that seems similar to what I’m asking, but it relies on using the SLA settings on a phase. If I use the “When an alert is triggered” automation, it seems that only refers to SLA alerts. I don’t think using the SLA setting will work as a trigger for this automation I have in mind. Is there another type of alert I could configure or something else I could try?Perhaps using the “Recurring activity” automation could work? I could set it to run once a day and to move the card when the scenario is: Start Date is Today?Please let me know if you thin

Pessoal, tudo bem?Estou modelando um pipe no qual preciso informar ao solicitante (quem preencherá um formulário público) um número de protocolo ou qualquer identificador daquela demanda.O grande obstáculo é que eu não posso coletar dados pessoais do solicitante (como o e-mail), ou seja, o solicitante deve ser anônimo, porém precisa de um recibo/protocolo/id para o caso de querer saber o status da demanda futuramente. O problema do ID do card é que ele é gerado apenas depois que o formulário é criado, e como não terei o e-mail do solicitante, não consigo informá-lo por este canal. Então pensei em usar outra ferramenta que integre com o Pipefy. Algum formulário online que consiga informar ao solicitante (pode ser na mensagens de envio/agradecimento) um número identificador desta resposta/solicitação. A analogia é uma ferramenta de help desk, mas que não coletasse as informações do solicitante. Alguém tem alguma sugestão? Desde já, muito obrigado!

I am having an issue in which whenever I try to run and advanced search on allCards, I get an execution error. here is the query I am trying to run (pipeId and value have been changed) {allCards(pipeId: 1111111,filter:{field: "taskid",operator: equal,value: "1111"}){edges{node{id}}}} and the error I am receiving: {"data": {"allCards": null},"errors": [{"code": 30000,"locations": [{"column": 2,"line": 1}],"message": "Something went wrong","path": ["allCards"],"type": "ExecutionError"}]} no matter which field or value i put in the advanced search filter, I get the same error. Olá, tudo bem?Estou com problemas para configurar automação que mova os cards de Tarefas para a fase “Atrasado”Tentei fazer uma automação de atividade recorrente que mova o card para essa fase com o cenário de que a “Data de entrega” tenha um tempo relativo menor que 0 horas adiante E outra quando um alerta no pipe de Tarefas fosse acionado (nesse caso, alerta de atraso) move-se para essa fase.Mas tem horas que funciona, tem horas que não, to apanhando. Olá, eu criei um formulário público no pipefy, de modo que os fomulários preenchidos se tornam automaticamente novos cards. Contudo, esses cards estão sendo criados na fase errada. On my cards, the user selects one of two options on a radio button, and enters a due date. On the calendar, the items display based on due date, but I’d like to see the items displayed differently (different color?) based on the radio button selected. Possible?

The field that I’ve chosen for the Card Title on one of my pipes is sometimes not filled out when the start form is completed. When this field is not completed, the card title is “Draft”. Is it possible to change that word? I’d prefer it say “Unknown” instead of Draft, but I can’t find a spot to change that text.In other words: is it possible to customize what title is shown when the card title field is not filled in? Thanks!Sarah

Is there a way to ensure that a field on the start form is always the last item on the form? I have a pipe with a substantial number of fields and conditionals (over 100). There are a couple fields/questions that I need to appear after all the other fields regardless of which conditionals are activated. Initially, I have configured my pipe so that those fields are the last ones in the list on the start form, but we will likely need to add additional fields in the future and I’d like to avoid having to reorder the fields every time I add a new one.Any ideas would be much appreciated!
