Olá, estou iniciando o desenvolvimento da API. Estou conseguindo atráves do meu ambiente de desenvolvimento listar tudo que já tenho criado em meu Pipe. Mas quando através da API tento cadastrar um novo Pipe, a API retorna um erro, porém o Pipe é criado dentro da plataforma. Tudo bem? Meu nome é Cassiane, eu trabalho na TI e implementei um processo recentemente. Estou com uma dificuldade no Pipefy e gostaria de compartilhar com vocês para ver se alguém também tem uma situação parecida e achar possíveis soluções.Eu tenho um processo de cotação aqui na empresa que envolve 4 setores diferentes, por ser um tanto extenso, optamos por modelar 4 Pipes diferentes para poder segmentar por setor, sendo assim, cada um faz apenas a sua parte dentro do processo. O fluxo inicia no Pipe 1, vai para o Pipe 2, após para o Pipe 3 e volta para o para o Pipe 1 para ser finalizado.Usando as automações, faço com que seja criado um novo Card conectado que carrega as informações do Pipe anterior para o próximo, porém me deparei com a situação, onde no primeiro Pipe é realizada algum tipo de alteração/atualização de campo, porém não consigo "replicar" essa atualização para os Cards filhos conectados.Além disso, eu percebo que os Cards conectados só fazem o "caminho de

Is there a way through reports or the API to retrieve the ID of the cards connected to a certain card?

Alguém tem algum exemplo de criação de um Card em um Pipe usando C#, VbScript ou POSTMAN? Usando o GraphiQL IDE com o comando:mutation {createCard(input: {pipe_id: 301418172fields_attributes: [{field_id: "produto", field_value: "produto1"}{field_id: "valor_produto", field_value: "1000"}]})}funciona OK.

In case after a few months of trial, we find it is not meeting our needs, can the subscription be canceled?

I am interested in seeing examples (screenshots) of how best to enter instructional lists into Pipefy.  In situations where you need a PDF, checklists can’t be used .  The alternative is to use vertical radio buttons with one instruction per button. I would like to see examples of what users put in the field name versus what text is input in the option box.

What is the availability of the support team? It will depend on the plan that I have?

Dear Pipefy Team, I really love Pipefy - it lets us do amazing things that would be very difficult to do otherwise, and the features that you guys have put together are incredible.However, it seems like there is some kind of issue with availability/speed/reliability on a near-weekly basis. This makes it really hard for us to fully rely on it for real business purposes. The features are great, but reliability is critical. For example, the recent email changes caused lots of problems. Today, the system is down and randomly not accepting entries or timing out. So, please, Pipefy management - if you are listening - prioritize stability and reliability of the platform! Thanks in advance!

How long is gonna take the modeling & training process to initiate after we start up the service?
