The Integration Hub is Pipefy’s integration hub that connects critical systems and orchestrates end-to-end data flows, centralizing integrations within a secure and governed layer inside Pipefy’s infrastructure.

All executed within Pipefy’s infrastructure, providing greater visibility and control over integrations.

• 500+ ready-to-use connectors for enterprise systems
• Low-code flow builder (triggers, actions, and logic steps)
• Standard authentication methods (OAuth, API Key, Basic Auth, Service Accounts)
• Execution logs and full traceability
• Alerts in case of failures

You can now use search on the Interfaces Home to quickly find the Interface you’re looking for.

You can now duplicate conditionals in your forms, making it easier to create and manage visibility rules in complex pipes.

We’ve improved Pipefy’s email infrastructure to make custom SMTP and email integrations more reliable and transparent.

This update prevents silent failures and helps admins and users quickly identify when an email connection requires attention.

What’s new

When a permanent authentication issue is detected (such as invalid credentials or expired access), Pipefy now:

• Automatically detects the issue
• Stops further send attempts
• Clearly indicates that the configuration needs re-authentication

Now, in addition to Pipes data and documents, AI Agents can also use Databases as a knowledge base. This allows agents to query centralized records to answer questions and perform actions with more context and precision.

With this update, AI Agents can:

• Use databases as a source of truth, such as product catalogs, collaborator directories, or asset lists.
• Apply intelligent filters, ensuring that the agent accesses only the records relevant to its function.
• Cross-reference process data with database information, enriching responses and decisions with more context.
