Learn what are email templates and how they can help you establish a smarter, faster and standardized communication flow. Pipefy's email template is a powerful feature that allows you to create and customize email messages, establish a standardized communication and send emails to leads, requesters, customers, suppliers and much more. This way, you can centralize your email flows in a single place. With email templates, you can send emails directly from Pipefy, without having to leave the platform; all communication is centralized in one place. You can also create specific automations that trigger emails if key events are followed. If you wish, you can send all emails manually, directly through the cards in the pipe. Through the email builder, it is possible to set all message customization in one place, add dynamic fields to all email builder fields (except for the template name), add images, tables, lists, lines, change font colors, the text alignment and much more. How to configure
What is a guest user? What can it do? Can it view cards?
Pipefy provides the nice option to have E-Mail templates in HTML. This way, you can add tables, images, and pretty much all the styling and formatting you can dream of (provided there is support in the E-Mail program). What I am not quite happy about is the editor they provide. The windows size is limited. There is not code highlighting. No syntax highlighting. The lack of syntax highlighting and code formatting means, that it is too easy to miss a closing tag too many or not enough. All in all, it is just not suited for actual coding. That is why I wrote a custom CLI application, which uses Pipefy’s GraphQL API to fetch the E-Mails I want to edit, open them in my favourite editor (e.g. Visual Studio Code), and submit them back to Pipefy once I finished editing.I published this tool open-source, so you can use it too: https://github.com/GenieTim/PipefyEnhancer The usage steps are the following:1. Install NodeJS 2. Run the command (in your favourite terminal/command line/whatever it is
What if my customer looses the link for following up its status process.Where do I find it to send to him again.I know it is created as soon as he fill the initial form and a card is created, but I was not able to find this link to resend it to my customer. Thanks if anyone can help me
Hi All Recently I decided to use colours to enhance the visual of my Pipes and Database. After I applied the color the Resume Layout became empty and I lost the fields. I had to add again and other bug appeared, the order of attributes don’t be show when you see in the card connected the details; Please advise to Dev team about these 2 bugs. Thanks

In the E-Mail section of the card, there is a checkmark next to the date:Does this mean, that the recipient got the E-Mail? Or that they read it? Or just that there was no problem sending the E-Mail?
Hi Pipefy Is there a way to change the card color using some rule based on field or automation? Thanks

In our case, we have a manager approval phase in a Pipe. So, at the suggestion of an audit, we would like to know if it is possible to block the movement of the card in this approval phase to next by other users, leaving it only possible for the approver?
Hello all!! I really need a Help. I’m working in a process wich will have a card created in a Public Form. After the card creation and validations some of the cards are going to need an external approvalCan you see a way to get that approval not using email template?
In automation, I can get “Crated at” in General Attribute, I wonder if there is any way I can get “Creator” as well? Thanks.-Ping
Why the new screen is so full of information?
Hi everyone! Is it possible to customize the phase form as we do with public forms? Is the message for sending information, for example, not customizable as in public forms?
Hi!I have a question: when I change the "card title" criteria in the pipe settings, is there any way to update the cards that I’ve already created? Thanks!
I distinctly remember that at some point, it was possible to process content of incoming E-Mails in Pipefy. I would think something like “when E-Mail is received, set this attachment’s field value to the attachment of the E-Mail”, or “...set the E-Mail field to the sender’s E-Mail”, or “...set this short text field to the E-Mail subject”.Is/was this true? Is there still a possibility to do that? I know that there is an automation upon incoming E-Mails, but I could not find any option to access the E-Mail’s content, subject, attachment etc.
I need to know if it's possible to use a Public Form to obtain and fill information in the middle of a pipe. The pipe is the "Sales Funnel" and the information is to fill a card information to be used on PDF generator (dynamic fields). This PDF will be used as a "business contract document" to send to the client in other to have it signed. It occurs after the client accepted the proposal, and we had finished negotiation, which is in the middle of the "Sales Funnel" pipe. This need happens because I don't ask all information needed to fill a formal business contract when we are making a lead prospecting, which is the pipe starter phase. I didn't find this information on help center (videos or text). If it's not possible to send public form in the middle of a pipe phase, which alternative could be used?

Hi everyone! Not a long time ago I used initial values to conect two different public forms with email templates. On public form A we collected a sort of data from a stakeholder X that we used to fill a public form B to another stakeholder (Y). At the time I used email template to send the link from public form B with the initial values from public form A. I used the following logic: [url_from_public-form_B]%field-id_b¹={{dynamic-field_a¹}}&field-id_b²={{dynamic-field_a²}} … Does anyone know where am I failling on this?
This forum provides the possibility to “embed media”:I tried to use this with a custom domain as well as with YouTube in one post, but there was always an error, “this domain is not allowed”. What domains are allowed, actually?
Does allCards return more than 50 cards per query, or do we need to pass the ""first"" combined with ""after"" parameters?
I need to extract the data from the pipefy and write it to a DW in the GCP. Has anyone done this process? Any leads? I saw that one of the ways is through Google Cloud Run, but I can't get it to work.I'm thinking about this pipeline to be able to connect Pipefy to Power BI Online since the connector only works on Power BI Desktop.
