Olá, estou com uma grande dificuldade de fazer a automação de emails funcionar, eu crio a automação corretamente mas ela não funciona pois consta que minha conta está com uma atividade de email incomun, não consegui acesso ao suporte do pipefy, alguém sabe como posso resolver isso?

Hi all, I’m trying to do an automation integration with python and Pipefy. So far I create a card and get its information. Right now I’m trying to get its public url. I have looked the whole documentation but couldn’t find anything. Do you have any idea how I can get it? Thanks.

Hello! All good?Today in my process we only use the “Tasks and Requests” option and we need to move the card numerous times between processing and pending information when information is missing, but when the Card returns from missing information to processing, in the “Tasks and Requests” are considered completed and not pending. How can I solve it so that when a card returns to a phase it is in “pending” and not “completed” in “Tasks and Requests”?

We are trying to embed a page from our public website link into a Pipefy Interfaces page using the Embed feature. Pipefy reports error "{www.webaddress...} refused to connect”Any ideas how to get this to work?

Hello,by working on Reports i found an issue related to filter options.For an example, lte’s say there are 2 Reports: “Active” and “Done”.The tested case is:Open the report “Active” - it has the filter option “Created at: current month” - it shows items properly Then, open the report “Done with filter options “Current phase is: Done” and “Finished at: current month” - it shows cards in Done phase for this months and it is ok Opening again the report “Active” will show the filter option “Current phase is: Done”, remembered (or cached) from the report “Done” and it is wrongThe following pictures illustrate this issue: 1.  2. 3. I already tried to clear cache in different browsers, but the problem still exist.Tell me, please, is there are already solution for this issue or could it be resolved soon? Thank you very muchVladan, HORISEN 

My pipes simply disappeared, I no longer have any forms and I can't speak to support.

Can someone help me understand the purpose of the “Synchronize card's field with this fixed field” capability on fields like Assignee, Label, Due Date?Perhaps someone can suggest some real-world use cases which would help me see how/why.Also, what direction is sync? eg;if an assignee field is set, does this update the Assignee field on the Card if the Assignee field on the card is set, does this update Assignee fields on Phases?THanks for any help

How to create 2 fields, the one field where I will be able to search User & once I select User the 2nd field will automatically populate with the Users email on the card from the same database

Hello, every 15 days I use the importer app to upload a XLS file to my pipe in order to work on pending orders collection of customers. I have a database on Pipefy that has all the customer types/categories (let’s say “Customer A”, “Customer B”, etc.) Whenever I try to upload that file into Pipefy, I get an error message that the importer cannont overwrite the Database. The input from my excel file customer type column is exactly the same than the one in the database (i.e. “Customer A” in excel file = “Customer A” in DB registry)I would appreciate any guidance on this. Thanks,Chris

Could someone help clarify terminology on “Advanced Options” for a Connection Field on a Pipe Phase Am I correct in thinking that the Pipe Phase Card is the “parent card” and any cards associated with it in this pipe or any other pipe are “connected card”? Thanks

Is it possible to export Pipefy Cards to Word Doc ?Perhaps some kind of integration or automation that enables automatic transfer of information from Pipefy cards to a word document each card.

RequirementIn the absence of Parallel Flows in PipefyApproval Processes can hold up an entire process when some phases in a process could continue whilst an Approval is sought.For example, imagine Phases A,B and C need approval before Phase F can be undertaken but Phases D and E could be undertaken whilst approvals are sought on A,B&C.SolutionPhases A,B and C have an Approval Assignee field.  When Fred, the user assigned for Approval opens Phase A, a field condition detects that ‘current user’ = Phase A Approval Assignee and shows a (previously hidden) Approval Date fieldWith this approach, a Card needn’t move to a dedicated Approval Phase. Approval is possible in the Phase in which it was requested

RequirementThere are many circumstances where a Card needs to flow into several Phases at the same time so that the card can be worked on by multiple people at the same time for different purposes. There are also circumstances where parallel flows need to operate dynamically based on field conditions (see my separate post here ProblemCurrently Pipefy Flows are linear so a card must exit one Phase before it can be worked on in another. Hi Everyone!I was wondering if it’s possible to attach a document uploaded on one of my cards in my pipe as an email template?I know that you can use the Dynamic Field to get the link to the document, but what I really need is the document attached to the email, not the link to the file.I don’t know much about integrations, so maybe there’s something in that area that could help me. Thank you all!
