Olá, Preciso fazer enviar o link da tarefa da fase para o database, para realizar outras conexões, mas não existe um campo do link do formulário interno para enviar ao Databse, somente quando é enviado via e-mail, alguém sabe se existe essa opção?

Deletei um campo texto acidentalmente e gostaria de saber se com a ajuda do Suporte da Pipefy seria possivel recupera-lo.

Um membro da equipe foi retirado do Pipefy porque saiu da empresa e todos os cards que ele fazia parte estão dando a seguinte mensagem:"Desculpe a alteração requisitada não pode ser processada".Não conseguimos mover esses cards mesmo outras pessoas ficando como responsável no card.

Hi all,I cannot explain me why, on certain cards a connected field appears (kanban view) but not on others…Those fields appears suddenly without any capability to change or move it...When i’m opening the card, field appears on the top of the card, with no capability to delete or move it.Does anybody know what could be the reason of the placement of this field here ?In fact i want to understand how it has been created to reproduce this field on other cards...Thanks a lot

Hi Team,I want to explore the pipefy as this is low code no code application where we can do the multiple things automate. It would be really great if it will guide me how I can achieve my self learning assignment though this Pipefy Tool.Import CSV and Excel file in pipefy : I tried to do this with importer application However, It only allow to import the Excel files. We need to do the Header mapping as headers are not in same order so, how can we achieve this through Pipefy. Once header mapping done then we need to store the each files of data into 2 tables in 1 Database : I am able to store data into Database through Excel sheet. however, for csv it is still question and header mappping once data is stored into 2 tables I have to compare 2 tables and findout the difference and stored it into the 3rd Table of that database. Once 3rd table created I need to export the 3rd table records. Can Anyone of your community will let me know how I can achieve this as I am exploring this things o

Gostaria de saber se é possível autorizar apenas algumas pessoas capazes de mover cards para opções diferentes (voltar card ou enviar para outra coluna)?Por exemplo, na imagem abaixo, eu consigo colocar as opções: 17 (convencional), 13, 14, 15 (voltar o card), gostaria que só algumas pessoas específicas pudessem ter as opções 13, 14, 15. Is there no way to create an automation where the movement of a parent card triggers the movement of a child card? It sems like a such a logical feature to have, but I can´t find it on Pipefy

Tenho um Pipe de Criação de Projetos, e neste Pipe defino um atributo numérico “Quantidade de Fases”. Se o valor de quantidade de fases for 3, quero que sejam criados 3 cards no Pipe conectado “Criação de Fases”. É possível? Consegui fazer com que o Pipefy crie um card conectado, mas não sei como ele já criar mais cards automaticamente, em função do valor do atributo Quantidade de Fases.

Hello, every 15 days I use the importer app to upload a XLS file to my pipe in order to work on pending orders collection of customers. I have a database on Pipefy that has all the customer types/categories (let’s say “Customer A”, “Customer B”, etc.) Whenever I try to upload that file into Pipefy, I get an error message that the importer cannont overwrite the Database. The input from my excel file customer type column is exactly the same than the one in the database (i.e. “Customer A” in excel file = “Customer A” in DB registry)I would appreciate any guidance on this. Thanks,Chris

Tenho um Pipe chamado “SSMAQ”, que possui um campo chamado Responsável pelo Registro (um campo de conexão com o database Colaboradores).Ao atualizar esse campo, gostaria que o campo em um outro Pipe chamado “Engenharia” fosse atualizado automaticamente com o registro feito no outro Pipe.Eu fiz a automação, mas não funcionou. Poderiam dar uma dica de como fazer isso? Ou informar se realmente é possível ou somente integrando via Workato ou ferramenta similar...

Hi everyone, i have a Question, how can i create a card in a specfil phase in another pipe using an automatization? 

I am trying to update all my email templates with the US ET zone. I have tried a few different options and am currently using (GMT-5:OO) EST but the time is showing 5 hours ahead of my time in Michigan, USA. Any ideas?  

Tentei utilizar o recurso de autopreenchimento para cadastrar um novo registro de database direto do formulário inicial, antes de criar o card, puxando as informações de outra database conectada no campo anterior, porém dá um erro pois o Pipefy ainda não é capaz de realizar esse trabalho se o card não estiver criado primeiro.Então faço disso uma sugestão de melhoria e correção do sistema, mas também um questionamento sobre uma solução para conseguir realizar a tarefa descrita.Na tela tenho o form com 3 conexões, onde a 2ª (CLIENTE EXECUTADO) é condicionada a 1ª (CLIENTE) e a 3ª (PARTE ADVERSA) é autopreenchida com os valores da 2ª.Como expliquei isso dá um erro pois o card não existe ainda, com isso o botão de cadastro da 3ª conexão some e tenho que começar de novo o preenchimento do form.A solução que encontrei foi criar o card só com a 1ª preenchida e depois completar o resto, ocultando os campos obrigatórios como a conexão 3, porém não é o ideal para garantir o correto preenchimento
